This years enrichment programs will be funded through a combination of donations, product-based and event fundraising. The donation only-system of the past two years has worked well but we need to augment it this year with traditional types of fundraising. Therefore, we ask that you consider making a donation in addition to supporting the other fundraising programs. The suggested donation is $100 per child. Please note that this is only a suggested amount, and contributions in any amount are greatly appreciated! Attention 5th grade parents: The 5th graders will be fund-raising separately to cover most of the costs of 5th grade camp.
If you would like to pay by check, please complete the Endeavour Elementary PTA Donation form listed below and submit your form together with a check made payable to Endeavour PTA 758 and return it to the school - marked for the attention of the PTA TREASURER.
If you would like to pay on-line, donations using all major credit cards are now available via Google Check out. Please use the drop down box to select amount you would like to donate. Please note as of 1st January 2009 there will be a 3.5% fee
for on line transactions.
