HOW TO MAKE A DONATION/PLEDGE
The parent population of Endeavour voted to fund our PTA budget with donations rather than fund raising.
We are asking for a suggested contribution of $100 per child to fund all the enrichment programs on our proposed 2007/2008 budget.
Please note, this is only a suggested amount and any contributions will be accepted and greatly appreciated.
Please complete the Endeavour Elementary PTA Donation/Pledge Form and submit your form together with a check made payable to Endeavour PTA 758 and return it to the school - marked for the attention of the PTA TREASURER.
