Every donation is very much appreciated and used to help enrich our children's education.  

Please note as of 1st January 2009 there will be a 3.5% fee
for on line transactions.

The parent population of Endeavour  for the 2nd year running voted to fund our PTA budget with donations instead of fund raising. We are asking for a suggested contribution of $100 per child, this will help us to fund, all the enrichment programs on our proposed 2008/2009 budget.

Please note, this is only a suggested amount  and any contributions will be accepted and greatly appreciated.  

If you would like to pay by check please complete the Endeavour Elementary PTA Donation form below and submit your form together with a check made payable to Endeavour PTA 758 and return it to the school - marked for the attention of the PTA TREASURER.
